Rates are by weight band so we can plan space and care. Choose your dog's size — prices for each option appear in step 2.

2. Half-day or full-day?

Half-day is up to 5 hours. A 5–6 hour stay is an extended half day (+$15). Full-day is over 6 hours, up to 7:30am–5:30pm. A 15-minute grace period applies. The price shown is for your chosen size above.

Pricing notes & add-ons

Senior Care add-on: +$12/day. For dogs aged 10+ or with health needs requiring a modified routine.

Puppy Care add-on: +$12/day. For puppies under 6 months — frequent toilet breaks, gentle group intro, photo updates and behaviour notes.

Medication administration (oral): +$5/visit. Owner provides clearly labelled medication.

Pickup & dropoff: $20 each way within 5 km · $30 each way 5–10 km · beyond 10 km by arrangement.

Christmas/Summer peak (20 Dec – 28 Jan): +$15/day daycare · +$30/night boarding.

Special diet preparation: +$3/day. If owner provides specialised food.

Overnight stays: $100/$115/$130 per night by size. Please call to arrange.

Public holiday surcharge: +$25/day on NSW public holidays.

Boarding pickup time: Before 11 AM included · 11 AM–3 PM adds half-day daycare · 3 PM–5:30 PM adds full-day daycare.

Boarding flexibility: Early-morning or evening drop-off/pickup by prior arrangement, no extra cost, within reason.

Late pickup (daycare or boarding): +$10 per 30 mins after 5:30 PM (15-minute grace, capped at $40/day).

Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of booking incur 50% fee. Genuine emergencies excepted.
