Half-day daycare

Perfect for dogs who need a shorter visit or for owners with flexible schedules. A half day is up to 5 hours of care in our calm home environment — with playtime, rest, and plenty of attention. Ideal for puppies, older dogs, or those who prefer a gentler pace.

Running a little over? A stay of 5–6 hours is an extended half day — just $15 on top of the half-day rate, rather than the full-day price.

Full-day daycare

Our most popular option. A full day is any stay over 6 hours, up to our full hours of 7:30am–5:30pm — in a real home, not a kennel. Daily park walks, structured play, rest periods, and plenty of one-on-one time. They'll come home tired, happy, and ready for a good sleep.

Multi-day packs

Regular visitors save with our 5-day and 10-day packs. Pre-pay at a discount and use the days within 6 months. Perfect for weekly daycare or occasional visits — no pressure, just flexibility and savings.

Senior Care

Older dogs deserve more than a busy commercial environment. Our Senior Care offering is designed for dogs aged 10 years and over, or dogs of any age with health needs that require a modified routine — mobility issues, chronic conditions, or simply a lower energy level than the rest of the group.

What it includes: extra rest periods, gentler group placement, twice-daily wellness checks, additional photo updates so you stay connected through the day, and the calm of a real home rather than a kennel. We're also equipped to administer oral medication if your dog needs it during the day.

Puppy Care

Puppies need more attention than adult dogs — frequent toilet breaks, calm introductions, and a steady hand on socialisation. Our Puppy Care add-on is for puppies under 6 months and gives them the extra structure they need to settle, learn, and enjoy their day with us.

What it includes: toilet breaks every 2–3 hours, gentle introduction to the group (no rough play), calm exposure to home routines, photo updates on behaviour and adjustment, and notes back to you on socialisation progress so you can build on it at home.

Pickup & Dropoff

Short on time? We can collect your dog and bring them home — door-to-door, by arrangement. Subject to availability; please book in advance.

• Within 5 km of Annandale: $20 each way · $35 round trip
• 5–10 km: $30 each way · $50 round trip
• Beyond 10 km: by arrangement — call to discuss

Christmas & Summer peak

Spots over the Christmas/Summer peak fill quickly — book early to lock in your dog's place. Peak rates apply between 20 December and 28 January.

• Daycare: +$15/day during the peak window
• Overnight boarding: +$30/night during the peak window
• NSW public holidays during the year: separate +$25/day surcharge applies
• Bookings open from August — limited spots

Overnight Stays

Going away for the weekend or a longer trip? Your dog can stay with us in the same calm home environment they already know — not a kennel, not a facility. Same Andressa, same Pansi, same routines.

We keep overnight numbers very small to make sure each dog gets proper attention before bed and through the morning. Please get in touch in advance so we can plan around demand — overnights are subject to availability.

• Small dogs (≤10 kg): $100 per night
• Medium dogs (10–25 kg): $115 per night
• Large dogs (25 kg+): $130 per night

Hours, drop-off & pickup

Our standard hours are 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, seven days a week. Drop-off and pickup within those hours are included in your booking, no extra cost.

Daycare:

• Drop-off and pickup any time within standard hours included
• Late pickup after 5:30 PM: +$10 per 30 mins (15-min grace, capped at $40/day)

Boarding — pickup time on departure day:

• Before 11 AM: included in your overnight rate
• 11 AM – 3 PM: half-day daycare added ($55/$65/$75 by size)
• 3 PM – 5:30 PM: full-day daycare added ($80/$90/$100 by size)
• After 5:30 PM: late pickup surcharge applies as above

Early drop-off & flexibility: Boarding includes flexible drop-off and pickup outside standard hours by prior arrangement at no extra cost — we're happy to accommodate early-morning or evening times to fit travel plans, within reason and subject to availability.

Free Meet & Greet

Before any booking, we invite you and your dog to come and visit. It's a relaxed 30-minute session — your dog meets Pansi, gets a sniff around the home, and you get to meet Andressa and ask anything you'd like.

No charge, no pressure. We just want to make sure your dog feels comfortable here, and that you're confident leaving them with us. Most clients book in within a week of the meet & greet — but we'd much rather you say "no thanks" if it's not the right fit.
