These Terms & Conditions apply to all care and related services provided by Pansi's Paws Home Daycare. By making a booking or submitting an enrolment, owners agree to these terms.

1. Enrolment

• All dogs must complete an enrolment form before their first booking.
• New daycare dogs must attend a complimentary 2-hour trial before regular attendance.
• Owners must provide accurate information regarding their dog's health, behaviour and vaccination status.

2. Health Requirements

• Dogs must be appropriately vaccinated for their age.
• Dogs must be free from contagious illness, fleas, ticks and other parasites when attending.
• Owners must immediately notify us of any illness, injury or behavioural changes.

3. Behaviour

• Dogs must be sociable and safe around people and other dogs.
• If a dog displays aggressive or unsafe behaviour, Pansi's Paws Home Daycare may separate the dog, end the booking or refuse future bookings where necessary for safety.

4. Supervision & Risk

• Dogs are supervised with care at all times; however, owners acknowledge that dogs naturally play, run and interact with one another.
• Minor scratches, bumps or play-related injuries may occur despite reasonable care being taken.

5. Veterinary Treatment

• If a medical emergency occurs and the owner cannot be contacted promptly, Pansi's Paws Home Daycare may seek veterinary treatment on the owner's behalf.
• All veterinary expenses remain the owner's responsibility.

6. Medication

• Owners must provide any required medication with clear written instructions.

7. Cancellation

• More than 24 hours' notice: cancel free of charge.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the booked rate is payable.
• No-show: 50% of the booked rate is payable.
• If your dog is unwell, please keep them home — let us know and we'll credit the day rather than charge it.
• If we cancel for any reason — weather, illness or closure — you are never charged.
• Our small group size means a late cancellation usually can't be filled. The fee reflects that lost place, not a penalty.

8. Photos & Social Media

• Unless the owner opts out in writing, Pansi's Paws Home Daycare may use photos or videos of dogs for marketing, social media and the website.

9. Personal Property

• While reasonable care is taken, we are not responsible for loss or damage to collars, leads, toys, bedding or other personal belongings.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Pansi's Paws Home Daycare will exercise reasonable care and skill in caring for each dog.
• To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, owners acknowledge the inherent risks associated with dogs interacting and exercising, and agree that Pansi's Paws Home Daycare is not liable for injury, illness, loss or death arising from those inherent risks where reasonable care has been exercised.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Owner Declaration

• By submitting an enrolment or booking, the owner confirms they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
